210 SpeedLab uses a completely stand-alone tune that has never been shared with any other tuner. In partnership with HP Tuners, Josh and Josh leveraged HP’s tools and their own deep understanding of what it takes to build fast—and keep it dependable—then perfected their own recipe in-house.
They don’t guess, either: they run every build on their in-house dyno to squeeze every bit of power out of each machine and dial in the tune until it hits its peak where it matters.

Josh Baird and Josh Ladd are Master Certified Indian and Victory Motorcycle Technicians—backed by 30+ combined years in the industry and proven know-how in the details that make machines win. Both Josh’s bring racing pedigrees and podium-level instincts, understanding exactly what it takes to perform when it counts.
They’ve tuned and built everything from bone-stock street setups that feel smooth and razor-responsive, to full-throttle race builds for the road course, drag strip, and land-speed racing. And at the center of it all is their Dyno-ECU tuning—industry-leading, with them being one of the first to tune the 2023 and newer Challengers, Chief, and 2025 101 Scout models months ahead of the competition.
